Ingredients
- 2 cups makhana
- 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and dry roast makhana on low flame till crunchy.
Add spices and salt, mix well and roast for another 2 minutes.
Switch off the flame and let it cool completely before storing.
